Catholic Academy Ends One Chapter and Prepares for the Next & March Meat Raffle

It is with profound sadness that our building on 1069 Delaware Ave will close at the end of of the summer and our students will be moving to Our Lady of Victory School.   The CAWB Board of Directors has worked tirelessly to save our school but in the end, the building requires very costly repairs and this was the best decision for our students and families.  OLV has welcomed us with open arms and we are excited to join their family.  As Msgr. LiPuma stated at a meeting with the families, "a building may be closing but the heart of Catholic Academy will continue beating."  We will have a wonderful four months and savor our traditions and academic successes.  Please join us at our farewell Meat Raffle on Saturday, March 28th.  The doors open at 5:00 with first numbers drawn at 6:00.  Prices are $75/table of 8, $10 individual tickets and $15 at the door.  We expect a sell-out this year so please purchase your tickets early.  Price includes, beer, wine, pop and water.  Bring your own snacks.  Call the school office at  716-885-6111 for tickets.
