Kelly Shivinsky

My name is Kelly Shivinsky and I am excited to work at CAWB as a Title 1 Reading Teacher.   

I have worked my entire teaching career here at Catholic Academy of West Buffalo.  I worked as a classroom teacher for 11 years having taught grades Kindergarten through Grade 4.  In 2021 I began working as a Title 1 Reading Teacher.  I am so happy to be supporting students and staff across Grades K - 5.

Both of my teaching degrees, Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, and a Masters Degree in Literacy, are from Medaille College.  

I have a great excitement when teaching, especially teaching Reading, and strive to spark the same excitement within the students here at CAWB!
