I have been teaching 2nd grade at Catholic Academy of West Buffalo for the past 25 years. Also I’ve taught 4th grade at St. Stephen’s (Grand Island) and 2nd grade in a Los Angeles public school.
My degree and teacher certification is from SUNYAB and Buffalo State College. I’ve also done post baccalaureate and graduate work at Pepperdine University, U.C.L.A. and the University of Washington. Also I have attended professional teacher development workshops, seminars etc. to keep my teaching skills current.
As a teacher, my primary goal is to motivate and cultivate the “love” of learning in every child. I strive to create a classroom climate of caring, individualization and high expectations, where all the children are successful.
